Does Zilonex handle overtime calculation?
Yes. Overtime rates can be configured per employee or shift (e.g. 1.5x weekday, 2x weekend). Overtime hours are pulled directly from clock-in/out data, so no manual entry is needed.
Can I customize allowances and deductions?
Yes. Create unlimited custom allowances (housing, transport, meal, etc.) and deductions (tax, insurance, loan repayment, advance recovery). Each can be fixed or percentage-based.
Do employees see their payslips in the app?
Yes. Once payroll is finalized, employees can view and download their payslips directly from the mobile app.
