1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zilonex HRMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Zilonex HRMS is a human resources management platform that provides tools for attendance tracking, leave management, payroll, performance management, and related HR functions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each company account may create multiple user profiles for employees, managers, and administrators.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data of other companies, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial payment for new subscribers.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zilonex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
