Frequently asked questions
Are these tools really free?
Yes, all six tools are free with no signup, no rate limits, and no ads. Zilonex publishes them as free resources; if you eventually want to run governance across dozens of models or payroll for your whole team, that is what Zilonex Govern and Zilonex HRMS are for. But the tools stay free forever regardless.
Do any of these tools send my data to a server?
The LLM Token Counter, Model Card Generator, EU AI Act Classifier, ISO 42001 Quiz, and Payroll Calculator run entirely in your browser. The IP Toolkit calls one server endpoint that reads the visitor headers Cloudflare and Vercel already have and returns them; nothing is stored. DNS lookups go directly from your browser to Google Public DoH.
Which tool should I start with?

How often are the tools updated?
The AI tools update as regulations and LLM pricing shifts (usually monthly). The IP Toolkit is stable. The Payroll Calculator updates whenever we add another calculator or currency.
